CARE: General sensible care must be taken to ensure a long life for your BICO product. Chemicals used in traditional jewelry cleaning methods must not be used. BICO recommends gently wiping your pendant with a damp cloth then drying it with a soft cloth. Exposure to colognes and aftershave, pool products, and excessive sweat can affect the coating and plating of your product. Pendants should be carefully rinsed and dried if worn in the ocean.
We accept PayPal only. Please make one payment for all items to combine shipping just ask us for the invoice first before paying.
Most items will be shipped via Priority or First Class depending on weight and buyers selection within 1-2 business days, holidays and weekends excluded. We ship Fed Ex for the large items that you cannot ship using the USPS. Shipping Priority, is the most reliable, arrives with less damage, and in the long run the least expensive method of shipping (for items under 4 pounds) items worldwide. When shipping USPS Parcel Post it will take 2-10 days and USPS takes their time. Shipping First Class Internationally may take up to 10 weeks. We will only mark the international package as "merchandise" only. Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying. Please note: I eagerly sell to international buyers. All customs forms will indicate the value as the price paid. The item will be identified as purchased and not a gift. This is not negotiable.
Terms of Sale
We are happy to provide an exchange or a refund of your purchase price, no questions asked, if your item is in the new, original, and resalable condition you received it in (if not damaged or wrong item we will cover). Customer pays for return shipping. If buyer has buyers remorse, initial shipping and handling fees are not refundable (a 20% restocking fee will apply to cover original shipping costs if it is free shipping). Please contact us before sending back a purchase, so that we may provide complete return instructions and shipping address. If you want exchange please contact us first. If item is damaged or wrong item we will gladly exchange it or issue a refund and send correct item and we will pay for shipping back. Please consider insuring your package as we cannot be responsible for lost, misdirected or damaged returns. We are unable to process returns that are not in their new and original condition; such items can be shipped back to the customer at the customers expense. You can exchange any clothing as long as it has not been worn or washed and has the hang tags on it and in its original condition. Closeout, custom art, custom items and sale items are all FINAL SALE and non-returnable. Refund will be refunded as soon as we receive returned item.
